Enrollment and Attendance Coordinator
SUMMARY
The Enrollment and Attendance Coordinator support Head Start, Early Head Start, and State Child Development Programs and the Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP) by coordinating eligibility, recruitment, enrollment, attendance, and meal tracking processes. This position ensures compliance through family support, accurate data management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Provides management and oversight of the Head Start and California Department of Education (CDE) state contracts enrollment requirements through an auditing and monitoring process completed by the enrollment and attendance department to mitigate fraud risks.

Additionally, this position oversees the auditing and monitoring of enrollment requirements for Head Start and CDE state contracts to mitigate fraud risks.
Responsibilities
- Congruently coordinate eligibility, recruitment, enrollment, attendance, and meal tracking processes for multiple programs.
- Ensure compliance through family support, accurate data management, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Provide management and oversight of state contracts enrollment requirements, including auditing and monitoring processes.
- Mitigate fraud risks through rigorous auditing and monitoring of enrollment requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Education, or related field.
- Experience in early childhood education, social services, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to early childhood education and nutrition programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
