What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated writing for clarity, tone, accuracy, and structure
• Make nuanced editorial decisions on complex or ambiguous content
• Review and refine content for consistency across large-scale writing projects
• Provide detailed, structured feedback with clear rationale for suggested edits
• Uphold high editorial standards across a variety of content types and topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Advanced English writing and editing experience — you can spot what's off and articulate why
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong editorial judgment
• Comfortable making high-stakes decisions around wording, structure, and style
• Able to work independently on complex, nuanced tasks without heavy supervision
• Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred
• Based in the United States
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Background in professional editing, content strategy, or publishing
• Experience with quality assurance or editorial review workflows
• Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
