We're looking for experienced writers and editors to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content at a high level. Your command of language, tone, and structure will directly shape how AI systems produce and refine written English — meaningful work that sits at the frontier of AI development.

What You'll Do
- Make nuanced, high-judgment decisions around wording, tone, structure, and style
- Review complex or ambiguous AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Provide detailed, structured feedback with clear rationale for edits and revisions
- Evaluate writing quality across a wide range of topics, formats, and audiences
- Maintain rigorous standards across large-scale writing and quality assurance tasks
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Advanced English writing and editing experience with a strong portfolio of judgment-driven work
- Master's Degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot subtle issues in tone, logic, and language
- Comfortable working independently on complex, open-ended tasks
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to articulate editorial decisions clearly
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in editorial, publishing, content strategy, or professional writing roles
- Familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.)
- Background in quality assurance, proofreading, or academic writing
