Salary
Salary Schedule for Fully Credentialed Staff: $60,000 – $126,000 annually. Internal employees are placed on Column 5; external candidates are placed on Column 4, Step 11 (maximum incoming placement).
Additional Stipends (2026‑27 school year)
- $5,000 – $14,000 annual stipends for hard‑to‑staff Special Education positions
- $2,000 annual stipends for hard‑to‑staff counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian positions
- $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
- $1,000 – $4,500 annual stipends for various extra‑curricular activities
- $1,500 – $6,000 annual stipends for various “leadership” roles

Benefits Included (Length of Work Year Teacher (Elementary / Secondary), Middle School & K‑8 Counselor / Teacher Librarian – Calendar 2): 10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, Professional Work Day.
