Pay

Salary schedule for fully credentialed staff: $60,000 – $126,000 annually. Internal employees may be placed on Column 5; external candidates are placed on Column 4 at maximum.

Additional annual stipends for the 2026-27 school year:

• $5,000 – $14,000 for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• $2,000 for hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
• $3,000 for advanced degrees
• $1,000 – $4,500 for various extra-curricular activities

Schedule

Teacher (Elementary / Secondary), Middle School & K-8 Counselor / Teacher Librarian Calendar 2: 10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, professional work day.
