Pay

Salary schedule for fully credentialed staff: $60,000 – $126,000 annually.

Note: Internal employees may be placed on Column 5; external candidates are capped at Column 4, Step 11.

• $5,000 – $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• $2,000 annual stipends for counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian roles
• $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
• $1,000 – $4,500 annual stipends for extra-curricular activities
• $1,500 – $6,000 annual stipends for leadership roles

Schedule

• 10-month school year (186 days/year, 5 days/week)
• 6-hour professional work day

Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) documents/authorizations:

• Cross-cultural Language & Academic Development (CLAD)
• Bilingual Cross-cultural Language & Academic Development (BCLAD)
• English Language Authorization (ELA1)
• Credential in World Languages
