About the role

Evaluate the aesthetic quality, readability, and overall polish of digital map designs. Assess user-focused elements like viewport framing, geospatial accuracy, and content relevance. Review personalized location recommendations to ensure relevance and helpfulness.

Responsibilities

• Follow strict project instructions and complete tasks accurately, including tagging specific issues (e.g., “Icons not properly masked,” “Labels too small”).

Requirements

• To be located and have the right to work in the United States.
• An existing, actively used Gmail account with prior usage history on Google Maps.
• Participation is limited to a maximum of three project rounds.

• Hourly rate: US$20.30
• Language: English (US)
• Location: Remote
• Estimated volume: 8–10 hours per week
• Start date: The project runs on a weekly basis
• Eligible candidates will be added to a pool of certified raters and contacted at least 48 hours before kickoff
