About the role
We are seeking an Engineering Test Technician to join a growing team that designs, tests, and manufactures advanced ice protection and temperature control systems used on commercial and military aircraft, including Boeing, Airbus, and Apache Helicopters.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on electrical testing and troubleshooting of aerospace components and systems.
- Conduct component-level diagnostics and repair of electronic assemblies.
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, function generators, and other test equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Support testing of aircraft temperature control and de-icing systems.
- Record test data, complete documentation, and report non-conformances.
- Work closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve electrical issues.
- Spend approximately 50-75% of your day performing testing and troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits and electronics fundamentals.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Experience using lab equipment through coursework, labs, internships, senior projects, or co-ops, including: Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Power Supplies, Function Generators.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, research, military, or hands-on electronics experience.
- Experience with component-level troubleshooting.
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or testing environments.
- Experience with soldering, electronic assembly, or repair.
- Associate degree or technical training in Electronics Technology is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
