You will develop advanced skills, work with greater independence, and provide technical guidance in the identification, analysis, and resolution of problems.Key responsibilitiesEnsure accomplishment of business goals and objectives through effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling, and monitoring of work activitiesPrepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketchesConduct engineering and related studiesDevelop positive working relationships to effectively coordinate work activitiesMaintain accurate records and filesSupport company goals and represent the company positively and professionallyContinually improve job-related, technical, and professional knowledge, skills, and performanceRequirements - education & experienceBachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) from a college or university, OR2 to 4 years of experience with an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent), OR5 to 10 years of equivalent experience with no degreeExperience in the utility industryRequired skillsGood written and oral communication skillsAbility to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgroundsUnderstanding of basic principles of project management Impellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
