Engineering Support
- Maintain, update, ensure accuracy of and send customer acknowledgements for NRE sales orders
- Manage balance between NRE sales orders and Quoted sales orders, investigate and resolve any discrepancies
- Create engineering and tooling folders for new projects
- Create, maintain, and regularly communicate action items and meeting minutes, both internally and externally as needed
- Lead in the creation, development, review and updating of Engineering documentation - including but not limited to part specific work instructions, material and outsource specifications, SOPs, SWIs, TWIs
- Support all process development and qualification activities on the manufacturing floor as needed
- Populate/Update Work Requests (sample, inspection, etc.) as needed
- Modify Inspection Plans as needed
- Documentation Responsibilities:
- Create and update part specific Bill of Material (BOM’s) and Inventory Items
- Review and provide feedback on additional documentation. Examples: Material Contact Lists, Master Validation Plans, DMRs, Validation Protocols/Validation Reports, pFMEAs, Process Flows, etc. as needed
- Ensure good documentation practices are being followed
General Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement ideas within and outside of the engineering department
- Participate in company audits as requested by department managers
- Affiliate with Corrective and Preventative Actions as requested by department managers and other TMA’s
- Schedule/coordinate meetings as needed
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned
- Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
- Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property
Education/Experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree in related field –OR– 2 year technical degree in a related field OR 3-5 years’ experience in the injection molding/medical component/device manufacturing industry
- Other Qualifications And Desired Skills: Ability to interpret and evaluate part prints and engineering specifications, Computer skills: (Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, internet, etc.), Detail oriented, Good verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Excellent organizational skills, Proven ability to ensure work is accurate and completed within a timely manner, Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with multiple changing priorities

Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 to $75,000
