About the role

Conducts independent inspections of military housing facilities, assessing structural conditions, safety, and compliance with standards such as IRC, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, and Japanese regulations. Contributes to refining inspection practices for improved efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess structural and environmental conditions of facilities
• Provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for maintenance and renovations
• Ensure inspections meet regulatory standards
• Suggest practical solutions for deficiencies
• Maintain safety and professionalism in diverse environments, including rooftops and confined spaces

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in facility assessments or inspections
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and apply building codes
• Proficiency with inspection tools and safety protocols
