General Duties or Experience
- Review Technical Feedback Reports (TFBRs) and provide synopsis for database entry and customer feedback.
- Review TFBRs and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation to determine deltas and process for correction and adjudication.
- Provide quality analysis of engineering documentation and provide technical feedback.
- Interface with customers for technical research and data support.
- Develop or revise Planned Maintenance System (PMS) documentation as directed by the customer, based on fleet feedback or other requirements.
- Conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis to determine new system maintenance requirements.
- Develop or revise documents by researching, extracting, and analyzing a variety of information from operating manuals, drawings, technical manuals, equipment specifications, and configuration data; assist with the development and communication of policies and procedures.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Education or GED equivalent
- Four years relevant experience operating and maintaining submarine equipment and systems and working with Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and the 3M System.
- Experience with writing 2 Kilo’s.
Competencies
- Must be able to work shipboard for ship checks and procedure validations.
- Preferred Qualification as Submarine Warfare Specialist.
- PQS qualified Maintenance Worker or Work Center Supervisor, Divisional, Departmental, or ship’s 3M Coordinator on a naval vessel.
- Skilled with maintenance and/or operation of submarine combatant systems or hull, mechanical or electrical (HM&E) systems for US Navy submarines.
- Proficient in the use of Windows PC and Microsoft Office software.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- An active or current DoD Secret security clearance.

- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- The typical workday is eight hours in length.
- Some flexibility in hours is allowed, with concurrence from the supervisor.
- Attendance at prescheduled mandatory meetings is required.
- Must be available during the core work hours as determined by your contract/location and must account for the required number of hours in a pay period to maintain Full-time status.
Travel
- Ability to travel CONUS; potential to travel OCONUSTravel up to 10% may be required.
