Engineering Technician IV - Telemetry
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: maybe a paragraph describing JT4 and the role purpose. The posting starts: "JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support...". That's about the company and role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that in
. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting has "Job Duties - Essential Functions" then bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). We need to extract list items. Use
- . We'll list each duty.
- Requirements: includes education, technical, work experience, security clearance, citizenship, driver's license, etc. Also "Job requirements dictate: Strict adherence to Quality Assurance and Safety guidelines..." etc. Also "Requirements - Education, Technical, And Work Experience". We'll combine.
- Qualifications: maybe "Desired Qualifications" section includes proficiency in MS Office 365, Maximo, tower climbing, etc. Also certifications etc. We'll treat as Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not separate; we could embed in Qualifications. But we could have a Skills section for things like "Working knowledge of computer systems...", "Ability to investigate..." etc. Those are under Requirements. Might be better to put them under Requirements.
- Benefits: listed: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Benefits Active on Day 1 Life Insurance Health Savings Accounts/FSA's Disability Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) Plan Options with Employer Match JT4 will match 50%, up to an 8% contribution 100% Immediate Vesting Tuition Reimbursement
- Pay: Salary range $68,660.80 to $83,220.80 annually.
- Schedule: Not explicitly given except mention overtime, varying shifts, weekends, travel. Could be considered Schedule? The posting says: "To accommodate various mission support objectives, the candidate must be available to work overtime, varying shifts, and weekends, and must be available for periodic travel." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "DISCLAIMER" and "SCC: JENG17, A1412TW". Those are boilerplate; we should drop them. Also "Other Responsibilities" maybe not needed? It says "Each employee must read, understand, and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures, and policies pertaining to their job." That's somewhat generic; but it's a responsibility. Could include under Responsibilities? Might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to operational safety etc. Might keep as a responsibility item.
"WORKING CONDITIONS" maybe not a standard heading; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or Schedule? It's about work environment. Could be omitted as not requested heading. The instructions: only use headings from list. So we should not create a WORKING CONDITIONS heading. We could embed that info in Responsibilities or maybe as a paragraph under About the role? But it's not about role. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's not in allowed headings. Safer to omit it, as we must not invent sections. However we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit working conditions, we lose info. But we could incorporate that info into Responsibilities or maybe as a paragraph under About the role? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It didn't forbid adding extra paragraphs outside headings. We can have
paragraphs not under headings? The instruction says use
for section headings,
- for any list,
for prose. It doesn't say we cannot have prose outside sections. So we can have a leading paragraph about the company, then sections. Thus we can keep working conditions as a
after responsibilities maybe. But we must not create headings not in list. So we will not have a WORKING CONDITIONS heading. Now let's extract content. About the role: first paragraph: "JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges." Schedule
The candidate must be available to work overtime, varying shifts, and weekends, and must be available for periodic travel.
Potentially also include afor working conditions? Not required but we could add a paragraph after Schedule maybe under a generic
but not under heading. The instruction says use
for prose. It's okay to have prose outside headings. We could add a
for Working Conditions: "Work is performed in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards. Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting with occasional use of computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness are required. Travel to remote company work locations may be required." We should preserve that info. So add a
