ManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, not boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove application instructions. The posting includes: company description, "Why Join Diasorin" bullet points, "Job Scope", "Duties and Responsibilties", "Education, Experience And Qualifications", "Travel Requirements", "What We Offer". Also mention benefits etc. No explicit Pay or Schedule given. Travel Requirements is maybe schedule? Not exactly schedule. There's no explicit pay. So we should not create Pay or Schedule sections because no specific content. Benefits: there is "What We Offer" describing benefits. So we can include Benefits section. We need headings: About the role (maybe from company description and why join?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits. We must not create empty sections. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Company description: "Obsessed by Science. Entrepreneurial by Nature. United by Purpose. Diasorin is a global leader in immunodiagnostic and molecular diagnostic solutions, advancing science to improve patient outcomes worldwide. For more than 50 years, we have combined scientific rigor with an entrepreneurial mindset, operating with a strong commitment to innovation, accountability, and results to deliver trusted diagnostic solutions. Why Join Diasorin bullet points: "Build What Matters Take ownership, challenge the status quo, and contribute directly to solutions that improve patient care worldwide.Innovate with Agility at a Global Scale Work in an entrepreneurial environment that enables speed, collaboration, and global impact.Grow in a People-Centered Culture Thrive in a culture that values accountability, inclusion, and continuous development." These are like three bullet points but not formatted as list. We can turn them into

    • . Job Scope: "The Engineering Technician II, Depot Services will be responsible for providing technical assistance to junior team members, assist in inventory management, assist in workgroup team training, and perform diagnostic and repair services on Luminex equipment for end-users, partners, distributors, and internal customers, documenting repair services, labor hours and part inventories within the Luminex data management system, ensuring Depot Services adhere to the approved procedures for safety, quality, repair work orders and packaging and assisting the Field Service Department and other Luminex regional offices for diagnostic and troubleshooting Luminex instruments via phone or email as required." Duties and Responsibilties: list: "Assist with documentation, training of junior team members, inventory management, and field service troubleshooting.Ensure safety, quality, work order documentation, and service practices follow Luminex approved procedures.Participate in lean inventory reductions and efficient stock replenishment.Provide testing, repair, and system updates of Luminex instruments using opto-electronic, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and fluidic disciplines.Perform worldwide parts warranty return part validation testing as required.Deliver approved diagnostic and troubleshooting department service training as required.Perform other department duties assigned as deemed necessary." Education, Experience And Qualifications: list of requirements: "Associate's Degree Associates in Electronics Technology or equivalent required3+ Years Related experience and/or training required2+ Years Minimum two years’ experience with flow-cytometer systems, imaging systems, fluorimeter systems/applications or technically equivalent devices preferred2+ Years Minimum two years’ experience working in a medical device servicing environment preferred2+ Years Minimum two years’ experience with PCBA component level troubleshooting, solder capable preferred2+ Years Minimum two years’ experience with system level testing and troubleshooting preferredUnderstanding with compliance to ISO, FDA and other regulatory agencies as well as quality process management and implementationBOM principles and process improvement, standard manufacturing practices, workmanship/quality standards and practicesProficiency using standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMM’s, signal generators, power meters, and AC/DC power suppliesGood communication skillsElectrical and mechanical aptitudeWell-developed problem solving/troubleshooting skillsThe ability to organize work in an efficient manner, in addition to the ability to work well under stress and time pressuresAbility to read and understand electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematic diagramsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and with minimal supervision" Travel Requirements: "10% Travel may be required up to 10% of the time." What We Offer: "Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being. We are proud to offer a comprehensive plan of health benefits, retirement and financial wellbeing, time off programs, wellbeing support and perks. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors, including, individual and organizational performance. Diasorin is committed to building a workplace where people feel empowered to contribute ideas, take ownership, and grow their careers. We believe diverse perspectives strengthen innovation and help us deliver meaningful impact for patients and customers worldwide." We should not include EEO etc. So we strip that. Now decide sections. About the role: combine company description and why join? Could be a prose paragraph. Responsibilities: combine Job Scope and Duties and Responsibilties. Requirements: maybe Education, Experience And Qualifications (the hard requirements). Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications? But we have many items with "required" and "preferred". Could split but risk thin sections. Better to have one Requirements section that includes both required and preferred? But guidelines: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have Requirements (including education, experience, qualifications) and Skills (technical skills). Let's extract skills: proficiency with test equipment, communication skills, electrical/mechanical aptitude, problem solving, organization, reading schematics, MS Office, independent work. We could put those under Skills. Benefits: from What We Offer. Travel Requirements maybe could be part of Schedule? But schedule not given. Travel is not schedule. Could include under Responsibilities? Might be separate but we have no Schedule section. Since no explicit schedule, we omit Schedule and Pay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. Check if any content missing: we need to preserve all substantive info. Let's ensure we capture everything. About the role: include company description and why join bullet points. Responsibilities: include Job Scope paragraph and Duties list. Requirements: include Education, Experience And Qualifications (the list of required and preferred). Might be long; we can break into
      • each line. Skills: include proficiency with test equipment, communication skills, electrical/mechanical aptitude, problem solving/troubleshooting, organization, ability to work under stress, reading schematics, MS Office, ability to work independently. Benefits: include What We Offer paragraph. Travel: maybe we should include under Responsibilities? Could add a bullet about travel. But we have no section for travel. Could add a note under Responsibilities: "Travel may be required up to 10% of the time." That is substantive. Let's add it as a bullet under Responsibilities. Now format. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, fraud notice, etc. Remove those. Now produce HTML. Let's craft.
