About the role

Assist engineering by designing, testing, fabricating, and/or troubleshooting a process, system, assembly, or product. Coordinate with internal teams on a variety of products and processes, including engineering specifications, drawings, models, manuals, processes, or bill of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Research, investigate, and select technical data pertinent to the assigned project.
  • Work with internal teams and external sources to obtain and communicate data relative to engineering requirements.
  • May be involved in the bid process.
  • Write test plans, conduct tests, and document results.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations on projects.
  • Participate in department improvement activities.
  • May be asked to interact with customers to install, monitor, troubleshoot, or repair products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Minimum of an associate degree in field related to specific position is preferred. 2+ years’ experience in a related position, or experience in lieu of education.
