Description of Duties/Expectations
- Complete and update manufacturing drawings using 2-D and 3-D CAD.
- Set-up new manufactured part numbers in the ERP system.
- Quote the manufacturing costs of new products.
- Verify the manufacturing costs of existing products.
- Complete product costing exercises.
- Complete time studies and create manufacturing standards for processes.
- Manage the engineering change workflow.
- Draft engineering change notices (ECN) from requests (ECR) with proper documentation and ensure information is communicated to all applicable parties.
- Update records and control documentation.
- Assist in compiling information and drafting work instructions, training materials, compliance documents, and other documentation.
- Affiliate in managing product compliance.
Qualifications
- Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Ensure bill of material and workorder accuracy.
- Ensure accurate material and labor costing.
- Product development management review.
