About the role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to support our engineering team in developing precise drawings and models for structural projects. As a Structural Detailer, you’ll play a key role in translating engineering designs into accurate construction documents, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Whether you have years of experience or are eager to grow in a collaborative environment, we welcome candidates who are passionate about bringing structural designs to life.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed drawings and fabrication plans based on engineering designs and project specifications.
  • Create erection drawings, approval drawings, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise and improve knowledge of products, materials, and industry standards.
  • Upload, edit, and release parts into the manufacturing system for production.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure cost-effective, efficient project execution.
  • Maintain project schedules to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality service.
  • Contribute to department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high-performance team.

Requirements

  • Associate or 2-year technical degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
