Responsibilities
- Create, configure, maintain, and support MES models and automated workflows.
- Convert manufacturing and laboratory process flows into automated system models.
- Support wafer and IP coupon tracking, traceability, and manufacturing execution processes.
- Configure and maintain product structures including wafers, die, sub-silicon products, material carriers, consumables, equipment, and facilities.
- Support and troubleshoot MES, MCS, MVC, RFID, wafer ID reader integrations, and Lab360 Service Management applications.
- Develop and maintain interfaces between MES and third-party systems using SECS/GEM, HSMS, IoT platforms, APIs, and Message Bus technologies.
- Perform end-to-end testing and validation across multiple integrated applications and factory systems.
- Develop SQL queries and reports to support operational analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, laboratory operations, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Support AI-enabled operational solutions, intelligent knowledge systems, and automation initiatives to improve user productivity and support efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered support capabilities for factory and laboratory operations.
Requirements
