Engineering Sr Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standards across all mills on precision maintenance items
  • Lubrication
    • Alignments
      • Vibration analysis

• Develop and maintain standards across all mills on critical equipment inspections and PM’s
  • Safety Valves
    • Tanks and Vessels
      • Dryer Cans
• Rotating Equipment

• Develop and train mill teams in the MOPS process of scheduled maintenance compliance and effectiveness

• Develop and train mill teams in the process of scheduling, planning, and executing mill maintenance outages

• Work with mill maintenance and reliability leaders to setup and maintain training for mechanics

• Interacts frequently with internal and external leadership and senior-level customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements, and/or contractual clarifications.

• Leads briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.

Pay Range

$156,600.00 - $208,800.00
