Responsible for
- Optimization of current production processes and maintenance tasks
- Lead equipment rebuilds
- Project and Shutdown Planning with engineers and production
- Spare part inventory auditing
- Developing preventative / predictive maintenance practices to ensure 100% equipment uptime
- Developing spare parts management practices
- MOS Board Management
- Maximo Reporting
- Reporting out of key metrics around maintenance
- Providing input on new equipment design and purchase
- Supporting new model / equipment launch as required
- Leading UAW Personnel
Education & Experience
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in manufacturing; Lean implementation
Skills
- Computer efficiency
- Work various shifts
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferred.
- Equivalent experience accepted
- AutoCAD
- High volume Mfg/Assembly
- Maximo
- Excel
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between shop floor technicians and corporate engineering teams
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on "value-added" reporting and problem-solving
