About the role

Lot maintenance, carpentry, troubleshooting minor issues, and site inspections for new manufactured homes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintenance of manufactured homes
• Courtesy cosmetic service including sheetrock repair, painting, and doors
• Must have great customer service
• Must have clean driving record and background check
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Requirements

• 1 year of maintenance experience (preferred)
• (Preferred) Carpentry experience
• Driver's License (required)

• Reliable to commute to work in Tulsa, OK 74116
