Engineering Specialist, Avionics

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support test campaigns for circuits and sub-systems, verifying logic levels and voltage rails.
• Assist with environmental qualification testing, including temperature, vibration, and humidity tests.
• Debug and troubleshoot system and circuit issues.
• Design, verify, and deploy simple PCBAs.
• Architect, design, and build complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Support equipment procurement, lab setup, and prototype manufacturing.
• Document test results and system performance clearly and thoroughly.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years' experience in electrical engineering with familiarity in test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and root cause analysis.
• Hands-on experience with harness design and PCB assembly.
• Knowledge of CAD software like Altium or similar and PLM systems such as Arena.
• Ability to work independently, lead in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and uphold high standards.
• Security clearance eligibility preferred.
