Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of engineering professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, quality, and client service.
- Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic goals and operational initiatives within the Engineering Services team.
- Monitor team workload, staffing needs, and project performance to ensure resources are effectively aligned with business objectives.
- Support budget management, forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial performance tracking for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Participate in business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal development, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for
