Engineering Project Manager - Conveyance

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of conveyance projects, including planning, design, financials, and team coordination.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, engineering reports, construction documents, and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the next generation of engineers.
• Collaborate with team leaders for ongoing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional engineering and project delivery experience on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Experience with conveyance‑related projects such as water transmission and distribution pipelines, wastewater collection systems, force mains, lift stations, pump stations, pipeline rehabilitation, and utility planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Texas, or ability to obtain Texas licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and principles associated with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaboratively plan, solve problems, coordinate project teams, manage client relationships, and follow through on commitments.
