About the role
The Engineering Program Manager at Rosendin is responsible for managing project budgets, tracking resource needs, and ensuring project success. This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.
Responsibilities
- Assess scope of work, schedule, deliverables, and resources for successful project completion.
- Prepare complete estimates for pursuits and new projects.
- Track proposal status and provide business management support for multiple projects.
- Gather and distribute new project information to relevant individuals.
- Set up new projects with trackers for budgets, action items, and manpower projections.
- Coordinate with project managers and cost accounting to ensure task codes are available and funded.
- Ensure project timelines and schedules are met, and remind team members of deadlines.
- Prepare and submit change orders (ECNs) and validate their status.
- Maintain and submit project EPCO logs and budget tracking reports.
- Update resource projections and distribute them to the team.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings and onboarding new hires.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Experience and/or knowledge in finance, scheduling, management, and engineering.
