A Technical Engineering Program Manager supports engineering teams by creating and maintaining product roadmaps, guiding initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery of customer value.
Responsibilities
- Remove technical roadblocks using your expertise
- Define and execute strategic product plans
- Prioritize user experience
- Validate design fidelity
- Communicate progress to stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance product offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years in project, product, or program management with a technical background (BS/MS/PhD)
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proven experience shipping products and managing projects aligned with business goals
- Ability to write clear documentation
- Leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for sustainability and human-centered design
Preferred Knowledge
- Familiarity with architecture and energy modeling software
- Experience with research methodologies and data synthesis
