Engineering Process Technician - Cell Manufacturing

About the role

Support electrode production engineering with a focus on process development and equipment improvements in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with production engineers to ensure safe, efficient operations and high-quality output.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and analyze manufacturing processes using SPC and data analysis tools.
• Write and update manufacturing instructions and support process and equipment validations.
• Train and lead associates on equipment operation and processes.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, proposing engineering improvements to meet or exceed production targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a pilot or production setting, with root cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Experience interpreting SPC, Process Capability, and Gauge R&R.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Jupyter Notebook, material fabrication, CAD, and GD&T is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working on uneven terrain.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
