What You'll Do
- Partner with Production Engineers to ensure safe and efficient operation of production lines, maintaining high-quality output.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, propose effective solutions, and drive engineering improvements to achieve and exceed production targets.
- Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing processes through SPC or other data analysis.
- Write and update Manufacturing Instructions.
- Escalate issues to shift supervisor/manager and quality team when necessary.
- Support engineering activities including process and equipment validations.
- Train and provide leadership for associates on equipment operation and processes.
What You'll Bring
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time, up to 12 hours a day.
- Frequent and repetitive lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and climbing.
- Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing.
- Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: PAPR, safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies of safety and conduct.

Pay
- Expected Compensation range: $28.75 - $42.73/hour.
- The total compensation package includes additional elements dependent on the position offered.
