We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include only sections with real content. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. Given posting includes: Date Posted, Department, Compensation, Hours, Deadline, To Apply Online (remove), Department/Location, FLSA Status, Classification (essential), Schedule description, Supervision Exercised/Received, General Purpose, Essential Duties And Responsibilities (list), Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required (list), Environmental Conditions, Computer Equipment and Software requirements, Education and Experience Required, Pay Grade, etc. Also some boilerplate about job description etc (remove). Also City Departments list (remove). Also "To Apply Online" etc (remove). Also "Date Posted", "Hours", "Deadline" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short p or drop. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with date posted, department, compensation, hours, deadline maybe. We need sections: About the role (maybe General Purpose). Responsibilities (Essential Duties). Requirements (maybe Education and Experience Required). Qualifications (maybe Knowledge, Skills And Abilities? Actually Qualifications could be Education and Experience). Skills (maybe Knowledge, Skills And Abilities). Benefits (none given). Pay (Compensation Up to $59.12/hr). Schedule (Schedule description). Also maybe include "FLSA Status" etc as minor metadata. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So only create sections where we have substantive content. We have: - About the role: General Purpose of the Position: "The purpose of this position is to provide engineering plan review for commercial and residential development Site Improvement Permits and represent Public Works & Utilities on Development Review Committee and at Planning Commission meetings related to development review." - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities list (multiple bullet points). We'll put each as

  • . - Requirements: Education and Experience Required: "Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited engineering university and a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or engineering design. Familiarity with AutoCAD and GIS applications a plus. Must have a high degree of clerical aptitude and perform a wide range of administrative functions with accuracy. At the discretion of the City Administrator or designee, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to provide the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the job will be considered. A valid Florida Driver License is required or ability to obtain within 30 days of establishing residency in Florida and ability to maintain a valid Florida driver’s license is required." - Qualifications: Could be Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required (list). We'll treat as Qualifications maybe. But we also have Skills section separate. The instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where. Likely: - About the role: General Purpose. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties. - Requirements: Education and Experience Required. - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required (maybe also includes abilities). Could also include FLSA status? but that's minor. - Skills: Could be split from Knowledge, Skills And Abilities? Actually Knowledge, Skills And Abilities includes skills. But we have separate Skills heading; maybe we can put the abilities under Skills? However we already used Knowledge, Skills And Abilities for Qualifications. Could instead put Knowledge under Qualifications, Skills under Skills, Abilities under ??? Not needed. But we must not create thin sections. Better to combine Knowledge, Skills And Abilities into one section, maybe under Qualifications (or Skills). Since we have both Qualifications and Skills headings available, we could split: Qualifications = Education and Experience Required; Skills = Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required. That seems logical. Thus: - Qualifications: Education and Experience Required. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required (list). - Pay: Compensation Up to $59.12/hr. - Schedule: Schedule description: "This position normally works a regular weekday daytime shift." Also mention may require availability during nights, weekends, holidays, 24-hour emergency call-back. That's schedule info. - Benefits: none given, so omit. - About the role: General Purpose. - Responsibilities: Essential Duties. We also have Environmental Conditions, Computer Equipment and Software requirements. Those could be part of Responsibilities or maybe under Skills? But they are not explicitly listed headings. Could we include them under Responsibilities as additional duties? They are not duties but working conditions. Could we create a separate section? Not in allowed headings list. So we must fold them into existing sections, maybe under Responsibilities as additional bullet points? But they are not duties. However we could include them under Responsibilities as "Working conditions" etc. But instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Environmental conditions is not a duty/requirement/benefit. Could be considered requirement? Might be okay to include as list under Responsibilities? Might be stretching. Better to incorporate them into a paragraph under Responsibilities or About the role? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. We could add a

after Responsibilities describing environmental conditions and computer equipment. That's allowed as prose. Similarly, we have Supervision Exercised/Received, Classification, FLSA Status etc. Those are minor metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under About the role or a separate metadata paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like "This job description in no way states..." etc. Remove. Also remove City Departments list. Now construct HTML. We'll start with a

for metadata: Date Posted, Department, Compensation, Hours, Deadline, Department/Location, FLSA Status, Classification, Supervision Received/Exercised maybe. But we should avoid too much detail; but we can include a short paragraph. Let's draft:

Posted Friday, September 18, 2026. Department: Public Works/Engineering (Public Works & Utilities / Engineering). Compensation: Up to $59.12/hr. Hours: Full Time. Deadline: Wednesday, September 23, 2026. FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt. Classification: Essential (may require hurricane/emergency response, 24‑hour call‑back). Supervision: Received from Engineering Manager, Assistant Manager, Associate Director, Director of Public Works and Utilities; no supervision exercised.

      That seems reasonable. Now sections:
