We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to extract content. Let's parse the posting: Intro: "At Kalmar, we are moving goods..." This is about company, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph describing the role. The posting says: "Kalmar Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Engineering Manager, Powertrain and Hydraulics to support the development, implementation, and validation of powertrain and hydraulic systems for Terminal Tractors. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of multiple Mechanical Development Engineers to support existing and future vehicle platforms. The successful candidate will have leadership experience developing Mechanical Engineers to meet their professional growth and company goals. This position is vital for the future growth of the Product Development Team in their ability to deliver the Terminal Tractor Product Strategy Roadmap." That's about the role. So we can put that in

About the role

with

paragraphs. Then "Compensation Data Base Salary: $135 - $165K per year Eligible for Annual Bonus Eligible for Annual Salary Review & Merit Increase Willing to provide Relocation Assistance". That's Pay and maybe Benefits? Actually Pay section: we can include Pay with salary range, bonus, merit increase, relocation assistance. Benefits maybe separate: "What We Offer You" includes many benefits: development opportunities, fair pay, flexible working conditions, generous time-off policy, safety, purpose, people, global network. Also "Education" etc. But we need to follow headings: Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Skills, Qualifications, Requirements. We have "What Are Your Key Responsibilities" list: bullet points (though they are sentences separated by periods). We'll treat as list under Responsibilities. We have "What We Offer You" which includes benefits. Could map to Benefits section. We have "Education" and "Experience" and "Competencies" etc. Those could be Qualifications, Requirements, Skills. We need to decide mapping: - About the role: intro paragraph(s). - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (the bullet list after "What Are Your Key Responsibilities"). - Requirements: maybe education and experience? Or "Education" and "Experience" could be Qualifications. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to allocate content accordingly. We have: Education: Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in vehicle design, analysis, or a related field; Mobile equipment experience is a plus; Experience leading complex design projects; Previous management experience is a plus; Comfortable working with requirements management tools (e.g. Jama, DOORS, Jira/Confluence) Competencies: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail; Proficiency in using documentation tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Confluence, etc); Strong understanding of requirements engineering principles and methodologies; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to mobile equipment is a plus; Fluent in English both spoken and written Other Information: Will be required to work closely with other TT RDE personnel, Project Managers, Sourcing & Production groups worldwide; Willingness to travel domestically and internationally will be required; Business is conducted in English; This role is part of a global team operating out of both Tampere Finland and Ottawa Kansas; Hybrid work available: 3 days in office per week require; Travel domestically and internationally will be required (duplicate). Also maybe schedule: hybrid work 3 days in office per week. Thus we can map: - Requirements: maybe the mandatory items: Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years experience, etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe the "plus" items? But we can also put all under Requirements and Qualifications combined? However we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Education and Experience under Requirements, and Competencies under Skills. Or we could have Requirements (education + experience), Qualifications (management experience, tools, etc), Skills (competencies). Let's decide. We have to include sections only when posting has real specific content. All sections have content. Pay: we have salary range, bonus, merit increase, relocation assistance. Benefits: from "What We Offer You": development opportunities, fair and gender-neutral pay (but pay already covered), flexible working conditions, generous time-off policy (vacation, personal/sick, paid/floating holidays, paid parental leaves), safety culture, purpose, people, global network. Schedule: hybrid work available: 3 days in office per week; travel domestically and internationally required. We should not repeat content. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Now produce HTML fragment:

About the role

Kalmar Solutions LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Engineering Manager, Powertrain and Hydraulics to support the development, implementation, and validation of powertrain and hydraulic systems for Terminal Tractors. This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of multiple Mechanical Development Engineers to support existing and future vehicle platforms. • Experience leading complex design projects
  • Previous management experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with requirements management tools (e.g. Jama, DOORS, Jira/Confluence)
But note "Mobile equipment experience is a plus" and "Previous management experience is a plus" are plus items; maybe they belong to Qualifications. However we can keep them in Requirements but note they are plus. Might be okay. Alternatively we could split: Requirements: degree, 7+ years experience. Qualifications: plus items. Skills: competencies. Let's do that to have more meaningful sections. Thus:

Schedule

  • Hybrid work available: 3 days in office per week
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally required
We should also maybe include "Other Information" like working closely with other teams, business conducted in English, global team locations. Could be part of Requirements or Qualifications? But we already covered. Could add a short paragraph under About the role? Might be extra. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The "Other Information" includes: Will be required to work closely with other TT RDE personnel, Project Managers, Sourcing & Production groups worldwide; Willingness to travel domestically and internationally will be required; Business is conducted in English; This role is part of a global team operating out of both Tampere Finland and Ottawa Kansas; Hybrid work available: 3 days in office per week require; Travel domestically and internationally will be required (duplicate). Some of this is already covered in Schedule (travel, hybrid). The "work closely with other teams" and "business conducted in English" and "global team locations" are not covered elsewhere. We could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a new section like "Additional Details". But we only allowed specific headings. Could we incorporate into About the role? The About the role currently is just the intro; we could expand it to include those details. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid adding other headings, but says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't restrict to only those headings; they are examples. So we could add another heading like "Work Environment" or "Location". But better to stick to given headings to be safe. We can incorporate the extra info into existing sections: maybe under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could
