Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Product and Design to translate strategy into working software, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering measurable business impact.
- Build high-performing teams by driving accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives.
- Ensure the reliability and scalability of our technology to support mental healthcare.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers.
- Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services.
- Ability to stay close to code, review architecture, challenge tradeoffs, and unblock engineers without needing to be the primary coder.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and delivery velocity across multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Product & Design.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a hyper growth company.
- Demonstrated experience leading and using AI-Native software delivery workflows and tools.
- Experience scaling systems during periods of business or user growth.
- Experience building 0→1 product teams or launching new product lines that are B2B integrations in health tech.
- Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
- Strong operational discipline — metrics, retros, postmortems.
Preferred Qualifications
