Engineering Manager - Patient (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Build and lead high-performing engineering teams
• Partner with Product and Design to align tech strategy with business goals
• Oversee the translation of strategic initiatives into effective software solutions
• Ensure technology reliability for improved mental healthcare access

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience; 3+ years managing engineers
• Proven track record of delivering production software at scale in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical grounding in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services
• Ability to engage with code, review architecture, and facilitate problem-solving among engineers
• Proven track record of driving accountability and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Experience in hiring and developing high-performing engineering teams
