Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years in industry with 3+ years in engineering management
- Experience with high-volume consumer systems and cross-platform teams
- Proficient in a programming language like Java, Go, or Python
- Strong background in video streaming technologies and CDN routing
- Experience balancing performance fixes with long-term architectural goals
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
