Engineering Manager

Role Summary

Lead the CTL/SSL/CUL product performance and integration team responsible for machine controls development, software delivery, systems integration, and performance optimization across the product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do (Job Duties)

• Lead the technology MGPP for CTL/SSL/CUL products in line with the advanced technology strategy.
• Apply technical expertise in controls development, machine performance, systems integration, and software development processes to guide engineering decisions and remove technical barriers.
• Lead validation and factory support for machine software.
• Own machine performance quality and customer acceptance from concept through end of lifecycle.
• Manage engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on achieving organizational goals, professional development, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain product and process performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness across engineering activities and deliverables.

• This position requires 5 days per week in the office (M-F)
• Summary Pay Range: $159,120.00 - $238,680.00
