Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
• Lead system design and delivery planning for reliable AI-powered construction products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in construction engineering management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Experience with Python and software architecture.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• US citizenship or valid visa.
