Responsibilities
- Hire and empower a high-performing growth engineering team
- Collaborate with Product Managers and other stakeholders to enhance user discovery and activation
- Plan, prioritize, and execute team projects to achieve measurable gains
- Guide the team in hypothesis development and experiment ideation
- Oversee technical design and implementation of product changes linked to retention and conversion
- Facilitate efficient teamwork across product areas to maintain strong partnerships
- Communicate complex technical and experimental tradeoffs clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Encourage the adoption of AI-native experimentation methodologies
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing product or development teams with a focus on growth and high performance
- Strong technical background to guide fullstack engineering work
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and Data
- Proven track record in data-informed environments, prioritizing and evaluating experiment results
- Ability to clear up complex technical issues for diverse audiences
- Experience managing remote, globally distributed teams
- Familiarity with developer tools and product-led growth strategies
- Proactive approach to challenging the status quo and utilizing AI-driven solutions
