About the role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager, Growth to join our dynamic team. This role will lead the growth initiatives and ensure that our engineering team is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of growth strategies to drive revenue and user acquisition
• Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Ensure that all projects adhere to quality standards and timelines
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors
• Contribute to the overall success of the company through strategic decision-making and problem-solving

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and growing engineering teams
• Experience in leading growth initiatives and driving business results
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering management or a related field
• Experience with AI tools and technologies
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
