Engineering Manager, Frontend Experience

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Guide and develop a team of 3-5 frontend engineers
• Balance technical depth with delivery management
• Contribute to hiring and mentorship of engineers
• Lead the design and implementation of modular frontend architecture
• Drive the transition of Dashboard from Angular to React
• Define and uphold engineering standards for code quality
• Oversee modernization of toolchain ensuring security and scalability
• Represent the frontend platform strategy to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and build systems
• Experience leading teams through modernization
• Strong grasp of web-based hybrid mobile approaches
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences

Pay

$153,500 – $211,200 annually
