Engineering Manager, Customer Trust

For our client, we are seeking a Engineering Manager, Customer Trust to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will guide two engineering squads responsible for delivering against a defined product roadmap in a customer-facing software environment. You will partner closely with product and design to shape priorities, make thoughtful tradeoff decisions, and ensure the team executes with discipline and accountability. The position also calls for strong technical leadership, talent development, and cross-functional problem solving to help scale engineering practices and outcomes.
