About the role

The Manager, Customer Trust role is part of the Global Security team at Commvault. This position is responsible for leading customer-facing assurance activities, managing customer security, compliance, privacy, and risk inquiries, and developing scalable response content and knowledge libraries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Trust program and associated operations.
  • Manage customer security, compliance, privacy, and risk inquiries.
  • Own governance and strategy for Commvault's Trust Center.
  • Develop scalable response content, knowledge libraries, and reusable assets.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support strategic and regulated opportunities.
  • Establish metrics and reporting for customer trust activities.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and drive improvements across security and compliance programs.
  • Prioritize and coordinate support for high-impact customer engagements.
  • Build and develop a high-performing Customer Trust team.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer assurance matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer trust, security assurance, compliance, GRC, sales engineering, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and regulated customers.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC, ISO, HIPAA, privacy, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across technical and business teams.

Pay

The specific salary offered will be determined based on your unique qualifications, including your relevant experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role. The pay range for this role is $93,500 - $182,850 USD.
