Engineering Manager (Billing)

We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead one of our Backend engineering teams at Healthie. This role offers a unique opportunity to guide a high-impact team responsible for the scalability, reliability, and performance of Healthie's most critical systems, including billing, insurance, and payments infrastructure. The goal is to ensure our platform continues to meet the needs of providers, patients, and partners as we grow.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching engineers within your squad to foster technical excellence, growth, and collaboration.
• Owning execution of your squad’s roadmaps, ensuring clear prioritization, accountability, and delivery of high-impact initiatives.
• Prioritizing architectural decisions, balancing trade-offs, and driving long-term system reliability.
• Championing engineering best practices to deliver secure, performant, and maintainable code.
• Creating an environment where engineers feel empowered, supported, and motivated to do their best work.

Details, details

• This is a full-time, hybrid position located at our NYC HQ.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• The base salary range is $190,000 - $210,000. plus equity, benefits, & annual bonus.
