Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the engineering team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute engineering projects to improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions.
- Manage engineering budgets, schedules, and contractor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) required; Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CAD software and engineering design tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations.
