Engineering Manager

The Role

Lead multiple engineering pods using agile delivery methodologies to design and deliver technology solutions.

Own Product Increment (PI) planning with product owners and business subject matter experts (SMEs), translating product vision into prioritized epics and stories.

Collaborate across pods to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.

Shape the vision of products and lead the development of all products, including solution architecture and technical ownership.

Translate product strategy into clear technical roadmaps.

Champion the adoption of agile and product development practices.

What You'll Need

• Experience in retail media, ad technology, or data platforms.
• Ability to define and mature campaign management, attribution, and reporting platforms.
• Capability to support integration of disparate activation and identity touchpoints.
• Experience with web applications using Java, React, and NodeJS microservices.
• Experience implementing solutions in cloud environments like Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience designing new solutions and system architecture across diverse technology stacks.
