Engineering Manager

Role: Engineering Manager Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana (on-site)Salary: $135k-$150kEPM is partnered with a well-established and growing medical device manufacturer seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a critical team at one of their key manufacturing sites in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for driving engineering performance, supporting new product introductions, improving manufacturing processes, and developing a team of engineers in a fast-paced regulated environment. The position plays a significant role in site strategy and will have a direct impact on operational performance, product quality, and business growth.
