Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality software products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for the team
- Lead code reviews and mentoring sessions to improve team skills
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or management
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
