Engineering Manager

About the role

The Engineering Manager leads the engineering function to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-quality precast solutions. This role focuses on optimizing production scheduling, providing proactive technical support to plants, and fostering collaboration across teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely engineering support to resolve production and field issues.
• Improve coordination between engineering and plant operations to reduce recurring problems.
• Enhance collaboration between engineering, production, project management, and field operations.
• Complete engineering deliverables accurately and on schedule to support production needs.
• Improve planning and coordination between engineering and production teams to reduce delays and bottlenecks.
• Implement standardized engineering processes to improve quality and reduce rework.
• Streamline workflows and resolve process inefficiencies to improve productivity and execution.
• Build a collaborative engineering culture through accountability, communication, and shared ownership of results.
• Promote collaboration and problem-solving across engineering, production, and operations.
• Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, and commitment to quality and execution.

Requirements

• MS in Civil Engineering (Structural) or MS in Architectural Engineering (Structural).
• PE is preferred, but not required.
