Responsibilities
- Oversee the technical direction and roadmap of the engineering team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of engineers
- Experience leading complex projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay
