Engineering Manager

Direct hire in the Piscataway, New Jersey area.

Salary range: $120,000–130,000 plus bonus.

About the role

The Engineering Manager will supervise engineering activities, ensuring plant facilities and equipment are properly maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering activities to maintain plant facilities and equipment
• Manage capital projects, plant construction, and equipment installations
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Handle vendor management, budgeting, and project planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and PLC skills
• Experience working in GMP and food-safe manufacturing environments
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
