Responsibilities

  • Lead a high performing team of engineers, including hiring and coaching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in an engineering manager role.
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and a demonstrated ability to design, build, and scale production-grade applications or systems.
  • Strong systems-thinking: you balance technical scalability, time-to-market, and user value under uncertainty.
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats — from design and development to testing and occasional support.
  • Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning from failure in a fast-paced environment.
