Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including Predictive and Preventive Maintenance programs.
- Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets, allocate resources, and control operational costs.
- Recruit, train, and manage maintenance technicians and engineers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
- Ensure all plant machinery, building systems, and engineering projects strictly adhere to local, state, and federal safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external service providers while ensuring critical spare parts inventory is efficiently stocked.
- Lead root-cause analysis for equipment failures to minimize unplanned downtime and boost productivity.
Qualifications
- BS in maintenance, electrical engineering or other related field desired
- Five to Ten years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum of 2-5 years in a supervisory or manager role.
- Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
